I got to go on my first field trip with Lillian since she's started Kindergarten!
Every year the Kindergarten and First graders at our school get to go to the nearby high school and see a holiday concert.
Ashton's gotten to go the past two years, and was sad not to go this year.
I actually went to the same concert with Lillian two years ago when she was in preschool.
It's a pretty cute show. The high schoolers dress up in costumes and great all the kids coming in, and then the orchestra plays music from disney movies, kids cartoons and some holiday music.
The characters walk the aisles, waving and hugging the little kids.
They love it!
I had fun spending time with Lillian and getting to know her best friend, Samantha.
