So Loved Already

This little boy is going to be spoiled with love!

Ashton asks to hold him every second she can, and Mason is always right there to smother him with kisses.  Lillian pats his head, and shares her blankets and toys.  Cayden is there to protect him from all the girls. 

Our kids never have been jealous with the arrival of a new baby.  Usually they are so fascinated with their new sister or brother that we can't get them to leave the babies alone!

Mason is following right along with that pattern.  She's had no trouble relinquishing her spot as the youngest.  She adores her new brother and asks about him constantly.  She wants to sit by him and bring him blankets and pacifiers.  She gets very concerned when he cries and tries to take care of him if I'm not quick enough.

She doesn't try to hold him, but is always right there when someone else is.  She shows him off proudly to anyone we meet, and introduces him as "Baby Cole-ten".

He is such a loved little boy!
